A prominent and much-feared movie producer is found dead after apparently falling from a Chelsea apartment terrace. In the Bronx, a wine shop owner is murdered by a trio of gang members during a robbery. Flack's former training officer is assigned to the Bronx case and may be guilty of tampering with evidence at the scene. Back in Chelsea, Danny and Aiden learn that the dead movie maker wasn't well liked and had more enemies than friends.
